For one of our customers, a big corporate within the insurance branch we are currently looking for experienced Scrum Masters upon agreement. As a Scrum Master you will support our customer within one or several agile teams. You help the teams with ceremonies, processes and agile methods while ensuring that your team understands them and drives continuous improvement. Your goal is to develop your team to become self organized and high performing.
Your tasks
- Efficient configuartion of the project environment and progression of agile methods as well as implementation of Scrum
- Moderation and supervision of agile software development teams
- Progression of the Scrum process and the development teams
- Support of development teams to work efficient and self organized
- Ensuring the communication between different stakeholders
- Execution and observance of rules and methods given by Scrum
- Support of the Product Owner while creating and managing the Product Backlog
- Support of our customer while planning, realizing and integrating sophisticated applications
- Moderation and facilitation the Scrum ceremonies
Your profile
- University degree in business informatics, business economics, psychology or a related field of research (FH, Uni, ETH)
- Scrum Master certification
- Minimum three years experience in agile software development
- Several years experience as well as good knowledge of the insurance branch
- Experience with different agile frameworks such as SAFe or Nexus
- Experience with project management software like JIRA or Confluence
- Profound knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Confident German as well as good English
